The job
As a Clinical Lice Technician at Head Care Clinic, you will help people get rid of head lice.
For this, you use our special device to treat them and comb them depending on the treatment. Small children we comb alone.
Your schedule of hours worked (between 8:00 and 20:00 on weekdays and between 9:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays) will be determined by mutual agreement.
Is this job for you?
Students
This job can be done very well by students (medicine) who want to gain experience in dealing with patients. You will work only when it is convenient with your studies and other activities.
Mothers with school-aged children
Because of the flexible hours and the experience you already have with children, this job is very suitable for mothers with children of primary school age, you will only work when they are in school.
Tickle bugs
You must be easy to deal with the idea of lice; if you find spiders scary, this is not your job.
A deal is a deal
Punctuality is important as all treatments are by appointment.
The team
We currently work in a collective building with several other companies, but will eventually move to our own premises. You will sometimes work together with colleagues and sometimes you will be on your own.
Commissioning programme
Of course, we start with an induction programme which consists of an experienced person walking with you and online modules.
Language
In Principle, we work in Dutch or English, if you speak either language you will be fine, but you must be fluent in one of the two.
Conditions
You can work between 8 and 16 hours a week and we pay €20.00 gross per hour plus holiday pay and pension.
