Article 1.1 Definitions

1.1.1 The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer and to all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person who visits this website and accepts the terms and conditions of the Company. The Company, Main Care Clinic, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.

1.1.2 All terms and conditions refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment required to meet the Client's needs in relation to the provision of the listed services/products.

1.1.3 Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalised and/or he/she or they, shall be deemed to be interchangeable and thus to refer to the same.

Article 1.2 establishment

1.2.1HoofdZorg Kliniek is legally established at: Kapitein Hazewinkelstraat 3, 9645 CX Veendam.

1.2.2 Correspondence should be sent via HoofdZorg Kliniek, P.O. Box 52, 9640 AB Veendam or digitally via info@hoofdzorgkliniek.nl.

1.2.3 The clinic is located at Pietersbergweg 291, 1105 BM Amsterdam.

1.2.4 The legal name is HoofdZorg Kliniek BV, the Chamber of Commerce number is 93896042 and the VAT number is NL866564779B01.

Article 1.3 Cookies

1.3.1 We make use of cookies. By using the Main Care Clinic website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the privacy policy of (Webshop name). Most of today's interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user data for each visit.

1.3.2 Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for people visiting. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Article 1.4 Visual material

1.4.1 Unless otherwise stated, HoofdZorg Kliniek and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on (Webshop name).

1.4.2 All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from (www.hoofdzorgkliniek.nl) for your own personal use, subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions.

1.4.3 You must not:

  • Republishing material from www.hoofdzorgkliniek.nl.
  • Sell, rent or sublicense material from www.hoofdzorgkliniek.nl.
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from www.hoofdzorgkliniek.nl.
  • Redistribute material from Main Care Clinic (unless the material is specifically made for redistribution).

Article 2 Treatments at the clinic

Article 2.1 Treatment conditions:

2.1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement between HoofdZorg Kliniek and the client.

2.1.2 Any deviations from these general terms and conditions shall only be valid if expressly agreed in writing or electronically.

2.1.3 Obvious errors or mistakes on the website, in leaflets or publications of HoofdZorg Kliniek are not binding.

Article 2.2 Rates:

2.2.1 A composite quotation does not oblige HoofdZorg Kliniek to perform part of the order at a corresponding part of the quoted price.

2.2.2 The client undertakes with HoofdZorg Kliniek to pay the price agreed for this purpose. If this has not been discussed before the treatment, HoofdZorg Kliniek assumes that our rates are known to the client. Our rates can be found on our website.

2.2.3 The prices issued are per treatment and not a rate per duration.

Article 2.3 Guarantee

2.3.1 If the treatment has not worked adequately, HoofdZorg kliniek may offer the customer a re-treatment. The customer must make this known within 10 days and HoofdZorg kliniek will determine whether a re-treatment will take place.

Article 2.4 Language

2.4.1 The person providing treatment on behalf of HoofdZOrg Kliniek may speak Dutch and/or English. This cannot always be determined in advance.

Article 1.5 Cancellations

2.5.1 Customers can cancel free of charge up to at least 48 hours in advance, this can be done by sending an email to info@hoofdzorgkliniek.nl. After this deadline, we will charge a fee.

2.5.2 If you are late, we may refuse or give you shortened treatment without refund of any amount paid.

Article 2.6 Email confirmation

2.6.1 You will receive a confirmation for your appointment in the form of an e-mail. Sometimes these reminders end up in the recipient's spam box, making it seem as if they were not sent. This e-mail is therefore an extra reminder, but you are responsible for noting and keeping your appointment. If you can't remember when you made your appointment, please contact us.

Article 2.7 Liability

2.7.1 Main Care Clinic guarantees that the treatment performed in the clinic meets the requirements of professional competence. It uses sound means and materials for this purpose.

2.7.2 HoofdZorg kliniek may assume that the client is in good physical condition for the treatment to be performed. Circumstances on the part of the client which may influence the result of the treatment, or which may lead to undesirable side-effects for the client, must be reported by the client in advance. This includes use of medication, allergies and/or radiation.

2.7.3 A treatment on someone with extensions or other things in the hair has a limited effect. This is the client's responsibility.

2.7.4 If the treatment is not as the customer expected then the customer can submit a complaint to Head Care Clinic. The customer should make the complaint known to HoofdZorg kliniek within 1 week of the treatment.

2.7.5 The employees of Head Care Clinic may refuse treatment at any time without giving a reason. This is for the protection of employees.

2.7.6 If a written response to the terms and conditions is desired, it may be emailed to: info@hoofdzorgkliniek.nl. We aim to provide a response within 24 hours.

2.7.7 The customer must give HoofdZorg kliniek the opportunity to resolve the complaint, through one new treatment. HoofdZorg kliniek is not obliged to give the customer money back in case of dissatisfaction. At all times, the aim is to treat the client with a satisfied result. Should this result in other types of treatment, these must be paid for by the customer.

2.7.8 HoofdZorg kliniek does not accept any liability if, contrary to advice, the client demands that certain work must nevertheless go ahead. Should HoofdZorg kliniek not support the work scheduled, this appointment may be refused.

Article 3 Webshop

Article 3.1 Terms of delivery

3.1.1 Your order will be packed and prepared for shipment as soon as your payment is complete. The average delivery time is 1 working day. The maximum delivery time for products in stock is 3 working days.

3.1.2 Delivery is provided by Innostock. Main Care Clinic is not liable for mistakes made during transport.

Article 3.2 Terms of payment

3.2.1 Full payment must be made upon ordering, after which orders will be dispatched. This may include special fees or billing charges, shipping taxes and more items that may be relevant.

Article 3.3 use in case of hypersensitivity

The client is responsible for checking whether he or she is sensitive to any of the constituents of HoofdZorg Kliniek's products.

Article 3.4 The offer

3.4.1 If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this shall be expressly stated in the offer.

3.4.2 The offer is without obligation. Main Care Clinic is entitled to change and adjust the offer.

3.4.3 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If HoofdZorg Kliniek uses images, these are a truthful representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer are not binding for HoofdZorg Kliniek.

3.4.4 All images, specifications data in the offer are indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

3.4.5 Images accompanying products are a true representation of the products offered. HoofdZorg Kliniek cannot guarantee that the colours displayed exactly match the real colours of the products.

Article 3.5 returns

3.5.1 If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product and we will refund the amount of the product (excluding shipping costs).

3.5.2 Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must still have labels and be returned in the original product packaging.
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
  • The products should still be completely full in the case of shampoos, lotions and other liquids.

3.5.3 The return process can be initiated by emailing info@hoofdzorgkliniek.nl.

Article 4 Final provisions

4.1.1 All agreements and/or subscriptions between HoofdZorg Kliniek and the Customer are governed by Dutch law.

4.1.2 By visiting this website, we assume that you fully accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Main Care Clinic website if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

4.1.3 HoofdZorg Kliniek tries to be as accurate as possible. However, HoofdZorg Kliniek does not guarantee that product descriptions and website content is accurate, error-free, complete or current. If a product ordered from HoofdZorg Kliniek that you receive is not as shown on HoofdZorg Kliniek, it may be returned - unused - as described in our return policy.

4.1.4 If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially void or annulled, the agreement and these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in force and the relevant provision shall be replaced without delay by mutual agreement with a provision that approximates the purport of the original as closely as possible.

4.1.5 Situations not covered by these general terms and conditions should be assessed 'in the spirit' of these general terms and conditions.

4.1.5 Uncertainties about the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions should be interpreted 'in the spirit' of these general terms and conditions.
